Q: How do I return an item?
A: To request a return, please contact us at sales@lereflet.store within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging.

Q: How long until I receive my refund?
A: After we receive and inspect your return, we process refunds within 7 business days. Refunds go back to your original payment method.

Q: When will I get a tracking number for my order?
A: You’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link as soon as your order is dispatched. If you don’t see it within 24 hours, please check your spam folder or contact our support team.

Q: What if I receive a damaged or incorrect item?
A: If your order is damaged or incorrect, email us ASAP with: your full name, order number, and clear photos of the issue. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no extra cost to you.
