We accept the following forms of payment for all online orders:

Note: We do not accept cash on delivery (COD), personal checks, or direct bank transfers unless explicitly stated at checkout.

3. Payment Process

  • When you are charged: Your payment method will be charged immediately upon clicking "Pay Now" or "Complete Order" at checkout.
  • Order Confirmation: Once the payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email. If payment fails, the order will not be created, and you will not be charged.

4. Taxes and Shipping Costs

  • No Hidden Fees: The total price displayed at checkout includes the product price, applicable sales tax (VAT), and shipping costs. You will not be charged any additional fees by us after the order is placed.
  • International Duties: For orders shipped outside of Finland, custom duties or import taxes may apply depending on your local regulations. These are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Billing Disputes and Refunds

If you notice an error in your billing or wish to request a refund, please contact us immediately. Refunds are processed back to the original method of payment within 7 business days after a return is approved.
