  • Orders placed before 16:00 EET (GMT+02:00) are processed the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 16:00 EET (GMT+02:00) are processed the next working day.
  • After payment confirmation, handling time is 1–3 business days (Monday to Friday).

Shipping Origin

All orders are shipped from our European warehouse in Finland.


Transit Time

Transit time depends on the destination and courier service:

Europe: 6–8 business days

Rest of World: 7–9 business days

These estimates begin after the order has been dispatched.

We offer free shipping worldwide. To ensure the best quality and price, we ship directly from our partner facilities in Asia and Europe. This allows us to cut out the middleman and pass the savings to you.

  • USA, UK, Canada, Australia: 8 – 15 Business Days
  • Rest of the World: 10 – 20 Business Days

Note: These are estimated delivery times. In rare cases, customs inspections or weather delays may extend delivery by a few days.

You can track your order through our website or the courier’s tracking portal.


Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • EU Customers: All VAT is included in the price. You will not be charged extra upon delivery.
  • International Customers (Non-EU): You are responsible for any local customs duties or taxes that may apply in your country.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order is confirmed as delivered by the courier, Le Reflet cannot be held responsible for loss or theft.
